How Soul Restore Came to Be

Laureen Rama has practiced shamanic healing since the early 90’s. A natural educator, Laureen is passionate about sharing ancient shamanic wisdom so that people can prevent soul wounding and heal themselves. She has given many talks and workshops and recorded the CD set Heal Your Soul; Reclaim Your Life - Healing and Preventing Soul Wounding using Shamanic Wisdom on this topic.

In 1999, Laureen was delighted to be intuitively guided to make her own flower essences (Soul Drops) for people to use in their own soul restoration - calling home “lost” soul qualities, enhancing the expression of soul qualities, and releasing energy blocks.

Soul Sprays were born when Laureen Rama put the flower essences in spray bottles to use them in clearing and toning houses and added fragrant essential oil blends. Clients innovated in spraying them on themselves and loved them. Laureen’s niece and nephew (aged 8 and 11) advised on the final formulations of the scent blends in the and Soul Sprays.

The key element in the Soul Drops and Soul Sprays is the process by which they are made by Laureen Rama and the crafting team: praying for guidance; focused, loving intention; working in sacred space for every step in the creation; using energy tools to magnify the intention; and shamanic ceremony to increase their beauty and effectiveness. This process creates a beautiful spray that is much more than the sum of its ingredients.
